Ingredients needed:

Sushi rice

• 3 cups of sushi rice ( uncooked)
• 5 cups of water
• 5 cup of Rice vinegar
• 2 Tablespoon White sugar
• 1 /2 tsp Fine salt

Filling

• 9 oz cooked crab meat or imitation crab meat
• 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
• ½ English cucumber
• 2 avocados
• ½ lemon (for avocado)
• 8 sheets nori seaweed
• ¼ cup toasted white sesame seeds

Equipment you will need :

Heavy bottomed pot with a tight fitting lid , or electric rice cooker, or instant pot, Large bowls.
