Viva Espana: Flavours of Spain Part II
Spanish Chicken with Beans, Chorizo and Olives
My philosophy is easy when cooking I want to be adventurous but I don’t want to stay hours in the kitchen! Again during my classes, my demo, and in my Blog you will see only easy, delicious, and fast recipes but please do not call me Rachel Ray!
Tonight, I would like to invite you in my kitchen…I would like you to smell the wonderful aromas I had in the kitchen earlier today when all the ingredients were cooking. It was a Spain in a pot! The chicken, the onions, the tomatoes, the garlic, the beans, the Kalamata Olives, and the Chorizo are of course best friends in this super easy stew. Because I wanted a complete meal for us and my kids I added some cooked rice (leftover). This meal for dinner was a huge hit… my son who is four had two full plates and he loves every bite of it. I know when my son loves things he “savours” delicately every bite and taking his time to appreciate like Gourmets…( he does it when eating chocolate)
For those lucky who live in San Diego / Temecula area , you can join me for the Cooking Demo of this Spanish chicken . For schedule and info please check my ” Cooking Demonstration” demo/ tag located on the top of my page.
For those who really want this recipe, please post a comment with your e-mail address and I will e-mail the recipe!
