A Taste of Old Town Temecula
When I conduct Cooking Classes or Demonstrations, I like sharing with my students my sources and resources.
This is a very important aspect of my classes, since I am using always the best ingredients available.
I think this is time for everyone to realise that we live in a beautiful valley, we have access to the best vegetables, fruits, nuts, olive oil, avocados, dates, wines…
And on the other hand, I noticed that a lot of people I talk to have no clue about what’s going on in their Valley, in terms of food, gourmet places.
Those who know me, know that I am curious about new things, very open minded when it comes to food and that above all I love shopping at small and unique places and I try to support local businesses.
This is why on On April 22, 2010, Earth Day join me for a free walking tour for Foodies and Gourmet in Old Town Spread the word and be a part of a fun, relaxing, yummy tour almost in your own backyard!
