These new virtual cooking/ baking classes will be the highlight of your child(ren) day. These virtual classes are very similar to the one in person I have been teaching for more than 10 years. During this 3-week serie young chefs will learn how to make easy dishes for themselves and their family. All levels are welcome. Every step is well explained and easy to follow
One adult per child assisting in the kitchen under instructor’s Virtual supervision and guidance.
Menu class # 1: 8/6/20 Italian bruschetta and mini frittata
Menu class # 2 8/13/20 Fancy Sub’ meatball sandwich
Menu class # 3 8/20 chicken nuggets + zucchini fries with homemade ranch
Menu class # 1: 8/6/20 Italian bruschetta AND mini frittata
10-15 small bruschetta
- 5 small tomatoes
- 6-7 fresh basil
- olive oil
- salt
- 1 ciabatta bread or any Artisan bread , whole entire bread or sliced
- 10 ounces mozzarella cheese grated or whole
- 2-3 garlic cloves

mini frittata (vegetarian or with ham) – yield 6
- Grated or shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese or whatever cheese you have
- 4-6 ham or turkey slices shredded
- Or if vegetarian : cherry tomatoes + fresh basil
- 1 /2 Tbsp olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tbsp milk or water

Menu class # 2 8/13/20 Sub’ meatball sandwich
Serving 4-6
- 1 package ground Turkey or beef
- ½ bunch of fresh parsley or any herbs chopped ( very thinly)
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- Breadcrumb or panko or bread shredded
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- Optional garlic and onion powder
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
- Flour
- Grated cheese ( optional)
Garlic sub bread
For 4-6 buns
- 6 Tbsp melted butter
- 2-3 clove of garlic pressed
- Salt
- Buns/ bread rolls

- 2 medium/ large skineless boneless chicken breast
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 6 Tbsp breadcrumbs or Panko

- 4 medium zucchini

- 6 Tbsp breadcrumbs or Panko

Ranch dressing
Yield 1 .5 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon dried chives
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground black pepper
