Class description …
During this fun and interactive cooking class participants will discover a new country and some easy cooking that they will be proud to share with their family. Skills : measurement, mixing, chopping soft fruits or veggies, cleaning, eggs to crack… Adult supervision is requested when using oven and if participant is not independent in the kitchen
Greek Salad and homemade pita chips and yogurt dip

Greek salad
- 1 /4 large watermelon or 1 small watermelon
- ½ cucumber
- 1/4 onion
- ¼ cup olives pitted ( green or black)
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 orange juice, squeezed
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- About 4 Fresh mint leaves (for taste), shredded optional
- 1 Tbsp Feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt
Pita Chips
- 1 pita
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- sea salt
- seasonings : herbs, spices..
Dip
- greek yogurt
- salt
- pepper
- lemon juice
- mint or dill herbs
