Teens make dinner! Sushis

$19If your teens love sushi and never have enough of them. This class will be for sure the highlight of their day! Sushi are fun to make and to eat. And no needs for your parents to make dinner tonight either. No need to order take out food!
Ingredients needed:
Sushi rice
- 3 cups of sushi rice ( uncooked)
- 5 cups of water
- 5 cup of Rice vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon White sugar
- 1 /2 tsp Fine salt
Filling
- 9 oz cooked crab meat or imitation crab meat
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ English cucumber
- 2 avocados
- ½ lemon (for avocado)
- 8 sheets nori seaweed
- ¼ cup toasted white sesame seeds
Equipment you will need :
Heavy bottomed pot with a tight fitting lid , or electric rice cooker, or instant pot, Large bowls. Rice paddle or wooden spatula. heavy-bottomed pot with a tight-fitting lid – a strainer, sushi bamboo matt are optional you can use or fabric napkins or parchment paper , plastic wrap, sharp knife, cutting board, small sizes bowls
