Virtual cooking class for kids – Little Chefs Murrieta

This new virtual cooking/ baking classes will be the highlight of your child(ren) day. young chefs will learn how to make easy dishes for themselves and their family. All levels are welcome. Every step is well explained and are easy to follow
One adult per child assisting in the kitchen under instructor’s Virtual supervision and guidance.
Menu class # 1: 9/3/20 Italian bruschetta and mini frittata
Ingredients
10-15 small bruschetta
- 5 small tomatoes
- 6-7 fresh basil
- olive oil
- salt
- 1 ciabatta bread or any Artisan bread , whole entire bread or sliced
- 10 ounces mozzarella cheese grated or whole
- 2-3 garlic cloves
Equipment
Cutting board
Knife
Bowls
Baking dish – sheet
Pastry brush
mini frittata (vegetarian or with ham) – yield 6
Ingredients
- Grated or shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese or whatever cheese you have
- 4-6 ham or turkey slices shredded
- Or if vegetarian : cherry tomatoes + fresh basil
- 1 /2 Tbsp olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tbsp milk or water
