1/ CULINARY CAMP
Days: Monday – Wednesday

Time : 11:15 – 1:15 p.m.
Age: 6 to 13 year olds
Fees: $68 Residents

This fun and delicious mini camp will put a big
smile on your child’s face. Every day we will
mix, weigh, measure, cook and bake delicious
dishes and treats.
Menu subject to change: cookies, ham-cheese
palmiers, kale and sweet potato chips, zucchini
fritters and more.
2/ FRENCH PASTRIES FOR KIDS
Days: Monday – Wednesday
Date: November 20-22
Time: 9 – 11 a.m.
Ages: 6 to 13 year olds
Fees: $68 Residents

A unique opportunity for kids to discover real
French treats and pastries, taught by a French
born instructor.
Menu subject to change: Madeleines, palmiers
cookies, and cream puffs will be made and
devoured by kids.
During these new and fun camps, young chefs who love
cooking and baking will get exposed to new flavors and
new tastes that they may not encounter on a day to day
basis. Under cooking instructor: Celine Cossou, kids
prepare, cook and bake each delicious dish. No
substitution for specific diet or allergy.
Bring water, hair tie, closed-toed shoes required.
Please let staff know of any food allergies or special
diets. Aprons are available for each class but
participants can bring their own. Important note:
only participants with mild food allergies and
intolerance can join these classes. No severe allergies,
and no ingredient substitution.
