Virtual Online Cooking/ Baking classes

Due to current COVID Outbreaks I am running all my cooking classes as Virtually online Cooking Sessions.

Expand your Quarantine Cooking and bring Celine’s Cuisine to your kitchen with my virtual cooking classes. Connect, learn, and eat when you join my Lively Livestream classes. We all cook step-by-step and side-by-side for an interactive experience. Join us — it’s so much fun!

All virtual zoom cooking classes are based on recipes with no more than a handful of easy-to-find ingredients. If you don’t have exactly what’s needed, don’t worry — I teach adaptable skills. Each class listing contains the ingredients & tools checklists. I send the recipes afterward.

As of now I am offering virtual online cooking classes ( very similar to my in person cooking classes) via the city of Menifee and Murrieta. You can register on line.

Soon I will offer virtual classes with the cities of Riverside and Escondido. But since my classes are virtual you can register with any cities you wish!

I am also teaching Private one-on -one cooking classes and bakimg classes. These classes are longer, and oriented to new cooking or baking techniques with a deeper learning class, customized towards your need and your goals. For these private virtual class you need to email me and I will send you all details. Private classes are taught on Wednesdays., morning, miday, evening

All virtual classes are via zoom

How do I access my class?

To access Zoom on your device- Click on the class link in the confirmation email, at the appropriate class time.

Make sure your Zoom Name is easily recognizable for me & matches the name/email on your registration, otherwise I will not know that you are officially registered for the class. That name window will pop up the first time you use Zoom.

I’ve never used Zoom before- what do I do?

Zoom application is free to download & use in your device

If you are on a device that is using Zoom for the first time, you will need to download the Zoom App first as described above. Give yourself at least 15 minutes before the class meeting to download the software. 

Once you have downloaded, search in your apps for Zoom Cloud Meetings and make sure the App icon looks like a white video camera on a blue background.

I’ve downloaded the App, now what do I do?

Click on the link you received Via Email to join the class.

For the first few minutes of class, students will be “un-muted” so that they can converse with the teacher. Then all students will be muted as a group so that there won’t be any distractions from background noise in your home or wherever you are connecting from (like dogs etc). 

If you need to ask a question during your class, you will be able to un-mute your self.  

Once the class starts, you will see the teacher on the screen in a large box and then several smaller boxes containing the other students. 

During your online cooking class

You will be on camera, so that the teacher can sense & respond to your needs during the session. If for some reason you do not want to be on camera, please let your teacher know  & you can turn off the video on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, however please note this will mean the teacher is not able to speak to you personally. 

We suggest preparing for class at least 10 minutes before the class begins to troubleshoot any issues that might arise.

Supplies for your online cooking class

Please note all online cooking classes, require you to purchase your own food supplies prior to class. Your cooking/ baking equipment need to be ready. Please purchase them prior to your session so you are prepared and ready at class time.
