Riverside Summer 2019 Baking Cooking Camps for Kids Teenagers.
This year Riverside will be the first city where all my summer baking / cooking camps for kids and teenagers will start on June 3rd! Very exited to teach some popular new and old ones: French Pastries, Junior master chefs, around the world culinary, Cookies, cakes and cupcakes, Junior cupcake wars and food imposter,
If your child is not which camp he/she wants to enroll refer to the description and menus on line.
For this summer I will teach at Villegas Park center from June 3rd to June 6th 2019, then June 10th to June 13th 2019 and again in July from July 15 to July 18th 2019. If you have questions please email me celinescuisine@gmail.com.

Jr. Master Chefs Camp
– 0195.2A-un 3, 2019 to Jun 6, 2019 11am to 1pm
During this camp master chefs learn essential culinary concepts in sautéing, roasting, baking, and other techniques all while creating delicious dishes that are eaten at the conclusion of each class. On the last day of camp chefs put their culinary tricks to the test as we put on a friendly competition. Teens with some basic cooking skills can join this camp.

Jr. Cupcake Wars & Food Imposters Camp
– 0240.2A Jun 3, 2019 to Jun 6, 2019 – 1:30pm to 3:30pm
During this camp kids and teens learn the basics of baking, decorating and presenting their edible creations. Each day, they work together as a team measuring, mixing and sifting ingredients to create delicious and beautiful cupcakes. On the last day they put their new skills to the test as two teams compete against each other and we will judge the best creation!

Cookies, Cakes and Cupcakes Camp

Mini pastry chefs learn to make cake, cookies and cupcakes. Everything is made from scratch! Kids will measure, weigh, stir, scoop, bake and decorate. Note: A material fee of $15 is due and payable to the instructor at the first class meeting.
