Summer Orange-Honey Sherbet
Because we have a huge wave of heat in Southern- California, fruit sherbet-sorbet are the only thing we are craving now.
Here, is a very easy recipe done with Californian Oranges and Oranges Blossom Honey from the Farmer’s Market of Murrieta, CA.
Celine’s Orange-Honey Sorbet
1O Organic juicy Californian oranges
3/4 cup Organic Orange Blossom honey
1/2 cup sweetened Condensed Milk
Squeeze juice from all oranges pour in a large bowl, add honey and Condensed milk, mix well
Place in refrigerator to chill several hours or overnight. Freeze sorbet in a machine according to manufacturers instructions
